GlobalSpa hosted its first The Fit and Fab Show, in partnership with Lufthansa as the Airline Partner, Technogym as the Fitness Partner, Visit Monaco a the Luxury Destination Partner, and Shangri’La Eros Hotel, New Delhi, as the Hospitality Partner.
The Fit and Fab Show reiterated the importance of fitness and holistic wellness in our lives. The morning session started with introductory session of the panelist by Anuradha Kaul, Group Editor, GlobalSpa Magazine. The session was on Fitness & Mental Health, where panelist, Anisha Motani spoke about Work Life Balance. Priti Gupta, Psychologist, Clinical hypnotherapist & Spiritual Regressionist highlighting the points how past life regressions works and helps in recovering from situations. Adding up to the conversation Dr. Ramona Llamba, spoke about the how routine exercises and proper diet effects mental Health of a person. Taking the subject to new horizons, Nischint Singh, Yoga Exponent & Writer, spoke about the Role of Yoga in mental illness. Dr. Kiran Lohia, Beauty & Wellness Expert cited how Ageless Lifestyle is not just about external factors but also a good lifestyle which includes diet and exercises. The session was moderated by Meeta Mishra, Resident Editor of MAGNA Publishing Company.
The second session was on different aspects of wellness, Sumaya Dalmia, Fitness & Wellness moderated the session, wherein panelist Dr. Anjali Hooda, Obesity and Metabolic Disease Specialist spoke about how proper nutrition, is a way to nutrition. Dr. Deepali Bhardwaj, the Dermatologist, broke some of the myths and facts about wellness. Rum Gupta, Representative of Visit Monaco, give insights about how Monaco is turning carbon neutral by 2020, and giving more opportunities to the patrons. Not missing on the fact, the most essential part of wellness, the Health food, Chef Neeraj Tyagi, EAM Food and Beverage, Shangri-La’s - Eros Hotel, New Delhi, spoke about some of the new culinary styles in the industry, like alternatives to sweeteners, etc. Well eating right and exercises might not always be an option for one, so introducing some of the new innovation, in the wellness and beauty industry, Dr. Geetika Mittal, Founder & Medical Director of ISSAC spoke about the Cryolipolysis was also known as fat- freezing.
The session was addressed by well-known personalities and fitness enthusiasts discussing and sharing their thoughts on the various topic across wellness, beauty, nutrition, and health in every phase of life.
The event also, witness numerous beauty partners like Blossom Kochher College of Creative Arts & Design, doing hand reflexology, Dry Manicure, and Shoulder Massage and other exhibits from brands.
An Evening for the fit and fabulous
Fitness is not an option but it’s a lifestyle. With this thought GlobalSpa Magazine hosted an evening at the gardens of Shangri’La Eros New Delhi in partnership with Technogym and powered by Lufthansa and Visit Monaco.
The glamourous evening GlobalSpa The Fit & Fab Show felicitating 29 Fit & Fabulous people from the capital city. The Fit & Fab awardees were selected by a jury comprising of Sunil Sethi, President FDCI, tech-guru Rajiv Makhani, Yoga exponent Nischint Singh, and Parineeta Sethi, Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of GlobalSpa Magazine.
The Guest also had a chance to win tickets from the Airline Partner Lufthansa, which introduced its Campaign of #LifeChangingPlaces, it tells us powerful stories about the magical impact of travel and helps one to choose its next destination. Rahul Mishra, Fashion Designer, won the two tickets during the contest.
