GlobalSpa held the second successful edition of The Fit & Fab Show, on 13th November at The Club Mumbai, raising the bar for personal fitness goals and bringing in an in depth grasp of the wellness industry for all. The carefully curated edition focussed on promoting wellness and strengthening awareness about healthful living. The show was marked by a resounding awards night, graced by the crème of Bollywood, stalwarts from the world of fitness and practitioners from the wellness industry.
The GlobalSpa Spa-Cation issue was unveiled by Chief Editor and Publisher GlobalSpa, Parineeta Sethi with cover personality, the glamorous Bollywood star Rakul Preet Singh.
A galaxy of stars descended on the open lawns to make it a memorable night, with Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora, Sonu Sood, Sonali Bendre Behl, Divya Khosla Kumar, Warda Sajid Nadiadwala, Tahira Kashyap Khurrana, Rahul Dev, Neelam Soni, Pearl V Puri, Shipra Khanna, Cyrus Sahukar, Karanveer and Vikramveer Bawa, Cyrus Sahukar, Shradha Salla, Krishika Lulla, Anushka Ranjan Doshi, Rushabh Choksi, Raghva Kinra, Luke Coutinho, Shayamal Vallabhji, Dr. Neetika Modi, Priyanka Khanna, Maheka Mirpuri, Anshuka Parwani, Sophie Choudry, Jitish Kallat, Malini Agarwal, Yasmin Karachiwala, Amit Rathi, Yudi and Karan Jaising, Komal Seth, Mickey Mehta and Drew Neal bringing in celebrated wattage through their sheer presence. On stage, the immaculate duo Karan Tacker and Waluscha De Souza played the compere.
The glittering affair was co-hosted in association with Lufthansa, Dermafique, Technogym, Amazing Thailand, The Club Mumbai, BALANCE, IOSIS, and Ravish Kapoor Invitations and supported by the Skill India, Fit India Movement and SPEFL-SC.

The second day of the Global Spa Fit & Fab Show brought in a treasured panel of experts to share their perspectives on beauty and balance, mental well being and a sustainable approach towards lifestyle. Session one centred around achieving beauty and balance, where Aishwarya Sarwarna Nir, Founder- Global Beauty Secrets, Eefa Shrof, Celebrity Fat Loss Coach, Yoga Expert and Nutritionist, and Dr.Muffazal Lakdawala, Founder- Digestive Health Institute discussed the subject, addressing queries from the audience as well. The second panel comprised Deanne Panday, Fitness Expert & Health Coach, Dr. Siddhant Bhargava, Co-founder- FoodDarzee, Shradha Salla, Celebrity Tarot Reader and Numerologist, and Neera Maini Srivastav, Author. The conversation focussed on mental well being, keeping in mind the challenges of social media. The third session was about Wellfest -A sustainable approach, where experts Anshuka Parwani, Celebrity Trainer and Wellness Expert, Lovina Gidwani Jha, Founder of Spa Guide-n-Light, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Producer and entrepreneur, Cholada Siddhivarn, Director, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Mumbai spoke about the changing climate and lifestyles and how one could go back to the old way of healthful living.
Special demonstrations were interspersed with the panel discussions to keep up the tempo. Ronak Jain conducted an interactive session on Vacuum Therapy and Anoopama Mukerjee Lohana performed a meditative Sound & Breath Alchemy experiential. Truly, a beautifully curated bouquet of discussions and therapies with a rich takeaway for the urban weary souls.
