Who doesn’t want to munch on something while enjoying the windy weather and rain? GlobalSpa  brings to you 5 snacks you can munch on while enjoying the weather which are delicious and healthy! All everyone needs is how to be able to snack without feeling guilty. These snacks are low on calories and delicious and extremely healthy and are the answer to all your prayers.  Apple and Peanut butter Before indulging in this sweet and salty delicacy, ensure that you are NOT allergic to peanuts. Apples and Peanut butter are a very healthy snack and though they are high on calories, you don’t need to worry if you’re using natural peanut butter over regular. Corn and Bean Salsa with Chips To make this salsa you will need yellow corn, white corn, black beans, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, red onions, bell pepper, garlic, lime juice, avocado and olive oil. Rinse, drain and finely chop all the ingredients. Stir the yellow and white corn, black beans, tomatoes, cilantro, green onion, red onion, bell pepper, and garlic in a large bowl. Gently mix in the lime juice and avocado. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.  Chili and Lime spiced Mango Spears   You will need mango, lime juice and chili powder. Simply dice the mango into spears. Sprinkle it with chili powder and top it with fresh lime. Your sweet, spicy, and sour snack is ready. It’s a burst of all the flavors in your mouth, just what you need during monsoons! Sweet Potato Strips You will need sweet potatoes and salt and chili to taste. Dice the sweet potato like French fries, sprinkle with salt and chili and then bake it for 10 minutes. It is to be noted that sweet potato strips are only healthy until they’re baked and not fried. While frying them enhances their taste, baked sweet potato strips is not only lesser on the calories side but also has more Vitamins that make it healthier. Watermelon Skewers This is of course the season you get to enjoy the ripest and juiciest watermelons. Watermelons are very healthy and packed with healthy nutrients. To make watermelon skewers you will need watermelon, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil. All you need to do is thread all of the ingredients on a wooden skewer.
